It all began with one great sandwich. Two slices of thick, freshly baked, whole grain brown bread with a generous helping of local cheese topped off with rocket. It felt warm and plump in its simple paper wrapper. And it tasted just delicious! So we asked ourselves. Why can’t food at work be just as good, honest and delicious?
